Yonah Mountain Vineyards is a 200-acre family winery on the southeastern base of Yonah Mountain, with about twenty planted acres of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Petit Manseng, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. The goal is world-class wines and an enjoyable process—rolling hills and sandy soil set the stage for tastings, reserve wine events, live music, Thursday trivia, and Music Bingo.
That mix makes it a versatile stop for private Dahlonega and Cleveland-area tours. Walk-ins are welcome for regular tastings; reserve tastings (e.g. second Sunday of the month) offer seated comparison tastings with charcuterie and require advance booking. The event calendar—Thursday Trivia, weekend live music, Music Bingo, and annual Crush Fest—means some days are busier or more event-driven; check the winery’s calendar when planning. Located in Cleveland, GA, Yonah Mountain is often combined with Dahlonega plateau wineries on a single route. We coordinate transportation and timing for a confirmed itinerary. Special tastings require separate confirmation with the winery and are not automatically included in a tour package. We do not arrange cave tours.
